Modern Montessori American Academy

We aim to provide a unique educational approach that prioritizes each learner's individual needs and interests. Montessori-style learning aims to foster independence, self-discipline, and love for learning in students. Our school is specifically designed with materials that encourage hands-on learning and exploration. 

Our goal is to develop the whole child. We focus on physical, social, emotional and cognitive development. Collaboration and community are a pillar stone. Our classrooms are mixed-age, allowing children to learn from and interact with peers of different ages. Our curriculum focuses on practical life skills, higher level thinking and project-based learning. 

We incorporate technology into the classroom, adapting the curriculum to meet the needs of today's students, and integrating diverse cultural perspectives. Additionally, creating a collaborative and inclusive learning environment can help make Montessori education more modern and relevant.

We believe that learning should be accessible to everyone, regardless of background or circumstances. That's why we're building an affordable, flexible, and easy to use platform.

Shola Ijirigho is responsible for ovverseeing the day-to-day operations of the school. He works to ensure compliance with regulations and policies, and oversees  facilities management. He plays a key role in ensuring the school's smooth functioning and supporting the Montessori program's educational mission.
